All guilds are currently frozen as we prepare them for deployment into Star Wars™: The Old Republic™.
During this period, guilds may not be altered in any way. This includes:
Creating/disbanding guilds
Adding/removing guild members
Promoting/Demoting guild members
Adding/removing Allies and Adversaries
Adding/removing pre-orders for your guilds
Changing guild to opposite
Changing guild's server type, time zone, and language preference.
You can still search for guilds and post on the public forums as well as your guild's private forum.
All guild members will be emailed the status of their deployment as the process continues. Guilds which are deployed will be able to manage their guilds in-game. For more information, check the Guilds FAQ.

If you created your account at SWTOR.COM on or before October 21st, 2011 you'll be required to reset your password in order to log in.
If you are logged in to your SWTOR.COM account, reset your password by following the process below:
1. Click the ‘My Account’ button on the top navigation bar. You may be prompted to re-enter your login details.
2. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ link in the Account Management list on the right-hand side.
3. Complete the following form with your old password and new password.
If you are not logged in to your swtor.com account:
1. Click the ‘Login’ button on the top navigation bar.
2. Click on the ‘Forgot your SWTOR.com password?’ link.
3. Enter the email address you used to create your SWTOR.COM account.
4. An email will be sent to that address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

The Deployment Phase is upon us

The Phase 3 - Deployment has been announced. For the time being it doesn't really mean much. The actual deployment will be done somewhen close to the Early Access period. Probably at the beginning of December.
BioWare will try to deploy guilds according to their preferences but can guaranty nothing. And since we won't have full control over our final destination we'll have to analyse the situation and decide whether we want to stay on the offered server or not.
Everyone will be informed about the server we finally choose, of course. Still, the best way not to miss anything important is to visit our forums regularly. Also you would be able to take part in the process of a server's selection yourself.
